Measure results not feelings!


It’s funny how our feelings change by the minute whereas our results are the real measure of how we’re getting on towards our goals!

In a coaching session recently, my client wanted to lose weight. During our session they were saying that they were feeling bloated and like they were heavier. I asked them to try on something that evening that they were aiming to fit into during their weight loss and it fit snuggly. So although this person was feeling heavier than they were, the reality was different.

So measure results not feelings! Your feelings will change, the results if you’re taking daily action towards your goals will always tell the truth!
